Basic Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver soft skills training programs.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and activities.
- Assess training needs and tailor programs to different employee groups.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Education, or any related field.
- Proven experience in delivering soft skills training.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills with strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple training sessions with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel or conduct onsite/virtual training sessions.
