- Conduct product discovery and market validation to identify user needs and opportunities for new digital financial services.
- Identify the need for cash withdrawal services for e-Wallet users through the BRILink Agent network to expand access to financial transactions.
- Define and document product requirements, problem statements, and value propositions to support product development.
- Establish success metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and performance of product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, business, operations, and stakeholders to deliver product solutions.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor products to support product strategy and improvement.
- Monitor product performance and continuously identify opportunities for product enhancement and optimization.
- Support the end-to-end product development process, from ideation, validation, development, to product launch.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analyst, or Digital Product roles, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment systems.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, market validation, and user research methodologies.
- Ability to define problem statements, value propositions, and success metrics for digital product development.
- Familiarity with digital payment ecosystems, e-wallet services, or branchless banking is a plus.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to support product decision-making.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as engineering, business, and operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create product documentation, product requirement documents (PRD), and product roadmaps.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in developing and improving digital products.
