- Act as first layer to respond any issue in production and resolve any production issue especially for application related with data especially for DWH application, by triaging, diagnosing, troubleshooting, escalating, and analyzing the root cause
- Perform troubleshooting, monitor application availability, including any data which required to supply to the business user
- Engage with business user including address their complaint, solve and communicate any update which related to their issues
- Involved in identifying and assessing any solution which related to database and facilitate business user trough in depth assessment in order to responding and solving any incidents, issues and problems, maintain and solving any open ticket which related to the application
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend corrective action and permanent solution
- Manage data access and security within BI data platform
- Able to perform performance tuning analysis and proactively give the feedback regarding query plan analysis result
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in managing and supporting Microsoft SQL Server environments
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server Database Engine (installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup & recovery)
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or other data integration tools
- Familiar with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) for data modeling and analytics
- Experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and/or Microsoft Power BI for reporting and dashboard development
- Ability to troubleshoot database issues and ensure system availability and performance
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts is a plus
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
