- Gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvements.
- Work closely with business users, developers, testers, and project managers.
- Prepare requirement documents, user stories, and process flows.
- Support system development, testing, and implementation.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure solutions meet business and insurance requirements.
- Assist in project delivery and issue resolution.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in the insurance industry (Life, Health, or General Insurance).
- Strong understanding of insurance processes such as:
- Policy Administration
- Underwriting
- Claims
- Billing/Payments
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and system integrations is an advantage.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams.
