- Define and prioritize product requirements and features.
- Manage the product backlog and write user stories.
- Work with developers, testers, and business stakeholders during Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from underwriting, claims, operations, and sales teams.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and insurance regulations.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
- Support product testing, release, and implementation activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Capable of developing and maintaining the product vision, roadmap, and product goals.
- Actively manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Able to make decisions during sprint planning and delivery processes.
- Ensure that sprints are executed in alignment with the product’s direction and objectives.
- Perform backlog grooming and ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria.
- Able to maintain the quality of the team’s output and foster good collaboration.
- Proficient in creating and prioritizing Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Possess strong communication skills and a fast learner
- Product Owner with strong technical understanding, not someone who leans more toward a Business Analyst role
- Must have: Understanding and experience in handling Micro Services
- Must have: Able to do technical skill in SQL query
- Familiar and have understanding with IT skill sets and environment
- Product Owner for Data Team. preferrably familiar with Data Environment
