- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders.
- Build dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to underwriting, claims, sales, and customer service.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities through data analysis.
- Support business teams with data extraction and report automation.
- Perform SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Risk, and IT.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Experience using SQL and Microsoft Excel to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for creating dashboards and data visualizations.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and present data to support business decisions.
- Good understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and basic data validation.
