Senior Product Designer  

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about creating impactful and visually stunning digital experiences. In this role, you will lead design initiatives from concept to execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and elevate the user experience across our products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the end-to-end design process — from ideation, wireframes, and prototypes to high-fidelity visual designs.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both in Indonesia and at the headquarters, to align design strategies with business goals and user needs.
3. Maintain, evolve, and enhance the company’s design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency
4. Design high-quality user flows to maximize user satisfaction with the product.
5. Apply strong understanding of Pixel Perfect Design.
6. Understand front-end development and how design decisions impact implementation.
7. Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
8. Contribute to a variety of visual and graphic design initiatives supporting the company’s brand and communication goals.
9. Stay updated with creative and design trends, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to inspire and guide the creative team.
10. Provide mentorship and leadership within the design team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

1. 5-7 years of experience in product design or a related creative field.
2. Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles and practices.
4. Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and prototyping tools.
5. Understanding of front-end development processes; familiarity with HTML/CSS is an advantage.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
7. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
8. Passionate about innovation and continuously staying updated with emerging creative trends and design technologies.
9. Proven experience managing or mentoring designers and leading design initiatives.
10. Willing to work onsite at BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
