- Act as a technical advisor to prospective customers, understanding their requirements and proposing appropriate IT solutions.
- Conduct product and solution presentations, demos, and workshops.
- Engage in technical discussions with customers, explaining complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Analyze customer requirements and create detailed technical proposals, solution architectures, and scope of work (SOW) documents.
- Colaborate with internal technical teams (engineering, delivery, product management) to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with company offerings.
- Design and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements to validate proposed solutions for clients.
- Assist in responding to technical documentation requirements.
- Provide technical input and support during client meetings and negotiations.
- Work closely with the sales team to strategize and develop sales plans.
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical training to internal stakeholders and clients when needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to product and engineering teams regarding client needs and market demands.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, computer science or related field.
- Worked in an IT services/solutions firm as a product/ solutions engineer for at least 3 years
- Preference or a certified Google professional cloud architect
- Familiar with (and has working knowledge of (Google suites of solutions and open systems-based app architecting/ programming (web and mobile)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
