Lead the planning and implementation of CIIT’s student guidance assessment calendar (per term/annual), including schedules, venues (or online platform readiness), and make-up testing.

Administer and score approved assessment tools and prepare initial interpretation summaries and written reports within scope of practice and under required professional supervision (per governing rules).

Recommend updates to CIIT’s assessment battery (what tools are used, for whom, and when), including test governance standards, proctoring rules, and reporting templates.

Require completion of testing requirements for enrolled students as part of GCC student development processes (as aligned with CIIT policy), and coordinate compliance lists with relevant offices.

Enforce test security and confidentiality protocols and recommend corrective actions for testing irregularities or data integrity issues.

Provide assessment data insights to SFS/GCC leadership and partner teams for student intervention and programming (de-identified/aggregated where appropriate).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Clinical Psychology, Guidance & Counseling, Educational Psychology, or related field is an advantage)
- Registered Psychometrician (RPm) with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in psychometric testing and/or school-based assessment
- Strong skills in psychological test administration, scoring, and preparation of structured reports (objective tools)
- Proven ability to manage testing operations: scheduling, proctor coordination, and on-site/online testing logistics
- Strong test database management skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of basic statistics is an advantage
- Ability to translate assessment data into clear insights and present findings to non-technical stakeholders (counselors, faculty, offices)
- Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, resilient, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced student services environment
- Student-centered and service-oriented; demonstrates integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential student information
