- Lead the development of the Bachelor if Information Systems program in Business and Data Analytics, aligned with enterprise systems, business intelligence, and digital transformation needs.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations in offering academic programs.
- Prepare, review, and approve course offerings, syllabi, and reference materials aligned with regulatory standards.
- Build and recruit a qualified faculty pool and lead the Academics Team in faculty development planning.
- Develop and implement a Faculty Development Program aligned with institutional goals.
- Prepare regular academic reports and updates for the Management Committee and School Board.
- Establish and maintain strategic academic and industry linkages to enhance program relevance and graduate employability.
- Ensure smooth development, transition and continuity of the program in coordination with other academic and non-academic offices.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or other related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of extensive experience in educational management and administrative roles as a Dean or Program Head.
- At least 3–5 years of extensive and related industry experience.
- Proven experience in CHED compliance, academic program creation, and policy development.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and business communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
- Adaptable, innovative, and open to new tools and processes.
- Excellent command of the English language. (written and verbal)
- CHED-related training or accreditation seminars. (preferred)
- Leadership and academic management programs. (advantage)
