Responsibilities

• Implement classroom management techniques that promote critical thinking skills, strong work attitudes, and positive life values
• Develop curricula and instructional materials aligned with student learning needs and industry trends
• Use instructional technologies and innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning
• Deliver engaging lessons and continuously assess student understanding throughout the class
• Monitor student performance and provide timely, constructive, and transparent feedback
• Maximize instructional learning time through individual and group-based learning activities
• Demonstrate mastery of subject content and effective teaching strategies
• Model professionalism and exemplary behavior towards students and colleagues
• Enforce school policies and procedures consistently and professionally
• Identify student achievement and improvement areas and communicate them with relevant stakeholders when necessary
• Collaborate with parents, faculty members, and school staff to support holistic student development
• Participate actively in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs

Job Summary
CIIT College of Arts and Technology is looking for passionate and industry-driven Part-Time Instructors who can teach specialized subjects in Advanced Mathematics, Programming, Database Management, and Fundamentals in Data Analytics. The role involves delivering engaging and learner-centered instruction while developing students’ analytical thinking, technical competencies, problem-solving skills, and industry readiness through practical and technology-driven applications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Education, or any related field
• Teaching experience in Senior High School or College is an advantage
• Strong knowledge in advanced mathematics, programming, databases, or data analytics depending on the assigned subject
• Knowledgeable in tools and technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, Excel, Python/R, and related platforms is an advantage
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and presentation skills
• Passionate about teaching, technology, innovation, and student development
