- Analyze business objectives and operational challenges to identify requirements, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate requirement workshops with business stakeholders and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Map current and future-state business processes and develop solution/functional specifications as a basis for implementation.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Solution Analysts, Developers, QA, and Project Managers throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
- Support SIT/UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation stabilization, including issue clarification and requirement validation.
- Evaluate delivered solutions against business objectives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and measurable business value.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, IT Solution Analysis, Product Management, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience in business requirement gathering, analysis, validation, and documentation, including BPMN / process flows, UML, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Experience translating business requirements into solution designs and collaborating with Developers, QA, Solution Architects, and Project Managers for implementation.
- Experience supporting SIT / UAT, Go Live, and post-implementation activities within Agile/Scrum or SDLC based projects.
- Experience with SQL / database concepts and API/system integration (REST, JSON, SOAP) is preferred.
- Experience using Figma, Balsamiq, Visio, or Drawio for wireframing or process visualization is a plus
