- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger management
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment and collection
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Monitor and ensure compliance with tax obligations, including income tax, value-added tax (VAT) and other regulatory requirements
- Prepare and lodge tax returns and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with tax planning and provide recommendations to minimise tax liabilities within legal parameters
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow monitoring
- Support internal and external audit activities, providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Maintain accounting policies and procedures, documenting transactions and ensuring adherence to internal controls
- Liaise with tax authorities and external stakeholders on accounting and tax matters as required
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or tax roles, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent understanding of financial statement preparation and reconciliation processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in numerical work
- Professional certification such as Brevet A or Brevet B taxation qualification is preferred
- Solid communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of payroll processing and employee taxation is advantageous
