- Manage B2B orders accurately, including quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), billing, and lead follow-ups.
- Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strong conversion, negotiation, and effective closing.
- Handle B2B inquiries from end to end and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex requests.
- Build long-term client relationships through follow-ups, cross-selling, upselling, and repeat orders.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or B2B sales, preferably in the interior, furniture, or property industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive and target-oriented mindset.
- Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Willing to conduct offline approaches/canvassing activities.
- Presentable and customer-oriented.
