Mortgage Broker Assistant  

VA Partners is looking for an additional full-time team member in our Bandung office to support our mortgage brokers. As our business grows, we're looking for an admin assistant to support our broker team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Input client data accurately into CRM and lender systems

✅ Organise and file client documentation digitally

✅ Update internal trackers and maintain records

✅ Support with follow-ups and status updates

✅ Communicate with the Australian-based team via email and messaging tools

✅ Perform ad-hoc admin tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Detail-oriented and reliable with great time management

🔹Tech-savvy with strong typing and computer skills

🔹Prior experience in data entry/admin preferred

🔹Eager to learn, especially about finance or mortgages

🔹 Professional level of English proficiency
