- Booking & Inventory Management: Oversee individual and group reservations across phone, email, and online channels. Prevent overbookings and monitor room blocks.
- Revenue & Rate Optimization: Give inputs to the with the Revenue Manager to manage dynamic pricing, rate plans, and occupancy forecasting.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate reservation staff to maintain high service standards.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, F&B and Events to align room availability with guest needs.
- Reporting & Auditing: Track daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance, reporting metrics and market segmentation data to senior management.
- Guest Relations: Handle escalated guest inquiries timely and thoroughly, special requests, complaints, and policy exceptions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Tourism (preferred).
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in hotel reservations or front office leadership, ideally in a luxury or boutique environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), Revenue Management Systems (RMS), and channel managers.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical/numerical aptitude, attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and clear written and verbal communication.
