Market Research Specialist  

The Market Research Analyst role is responsible for conducting market research and property-level analyses for both asset sales and leasing, providing data-driven inputs that guide pricing, positioning, and strategic decision-making for company-owned and affiliate properties. The role is responsible for gathering, validating, and interpreting market and property information—such as comparable sale/lease transactions, supply and demand signals, location drivers, and competitive benchmarks—to produce clear insights and defensible recommendations.

Key outputs include sale and lease comparable scans, vicinity and site context mapping (basic Google Earth), property outlook assessments, pricing and strategy recommendations, and internal property investigations (e.g., document and background checks related to the asset and its marketability). The analyst consolidates findings into structured reports, pricing matrices, and presentation-ready summaries for internal review.

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Statistics or any related field
• At least 3-5 years experience in market research
• Experience in real estate or research company is an advantage
• Proven market research analysis with experience on Statistical Data Analysis and Interview Technique
• Adequate knowledge of Data Collection Methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc)
• Good interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
