The Financial Analyst role is responsible for conducting comprehensive financial evaluation to determine the feasibility and profitability of real restate assets, including raw land for sale, properties for lease, and vertical or horizontal project developments.
The role involes creating detailes financial models, running sensitivity analyses, and providing data-driven recommendations to guide investment, development, selling and leasing decisions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration or any related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience
- Ability to interpret sales data to guide investment and pricing decisions
- Preferably with real estate experience
- Knowledge of real estate markets and marketing strategies
- Proficiency in accounting softwares (SAP, NAVBC)
- Strong attention to detail and communications skills
