- Maintain daily financial records and ledgers
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and disbursements
- Track income, expenses, and petty cash
- Prepare monthly reports and assist with budget monitoring
- Conduct inventory audits and monitor stock levels
- Ensure accuracy inventory records
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth business operations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any business-related course, preferably Accounting
- With 1–2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or general accounting
Knowledgeable in all facets of accounting, including: - Journal entries
- Accounts receivable/payable
- Payroll
- Monthly reports
- Financial documentation and compliance
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting systems/tools
- Organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
