Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct outbound calls to a global audience to promote IT products and services.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to meticulously track lead interactions, update records, and ensure data accuracy.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company guidelines during all interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal communication, and Customer Service skills.
- A good understanding of sales techniques and ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Ability to meet set targets.
- Familiarity with computers, including the use of CRM systems, various software programs, and custom applications.
- Precision in confirming contact details, qualifying leads, and conducting surveys.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is ideal.
- Knowledge of enterprise technology or IT industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
