About Ecube Labs (Haulla)

Ecube Labs is a leading company in the smart waste management industry. Our new waste brokerage business, Haulla, has expanded its service areas to Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Chicago, and expects to launch more in North America.

Job Summary

We are currently looking for talented people to work remotely as a sales development representative at Haulla. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to support our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a full sales pipeline by cold-calling

• Exceed sales goals and expectations for quota

• Work remotely during US business hours (07:00-15:00 in PST / Remote Job)

What We're Looking For

• This is a dedicated full-time position

• Candidates should demonstrate a track record of successful outbound sales experience

• Candidates should be able to comfortably navigate and thrive in challenging sales scenarios

• Candidates must have native-level proficiency in English in order to effectively communicate with US-based customers

• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus

Average Monthly Incentive Range of top performing agents: Php 120,000 ~ Php 180,000

The mentioned amount of Php 45,000 signifies the achieved minimum sales performance requirement.
