- Prepare and issue billing invoices to customers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Monitor and track Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices to ensure proper recording and follow-up.
- Record and reconcile payment receipts from customers, ensuring accuracy in the accounting system.
- Follow up and chase outstanding payments from customers in accordance with payment terms.
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) processes, particularly daily Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash out transactions and ensure all records are complete and properly documented.
- Support the finance team in day-to-day operational accounting activities as required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Ability to perform routine financial transactions and reconciliations accurately.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with internal teams and customers.
