- Menerima & merespons keluhan pelanggan melalui telepon, email, dan WhatsApp.
- Melakukan 1st level troubleshooting terhadap gangguan layanan.
- Memantau berbagai network monitoring tools (WUG, PRTG, RMM, SSTOB, CACTI, dll).
- Mencatat, memperbarui, dan menutup log gangguan pada sistem NPR.
- Berkoordinasi dengan pengelola ATM, cabang, partner jaringan, serta tim internal.
- Melakukan eskalasi ke NOC (2nd Level) atau Service Delivery (3rd Level) sesuai kebutuhan.
- Memantau progres Trouble Ticket dan memberikan update ke customer.
- Melakukan checklist periodik pada sistem monitoring & link backhaul.
- Menyusun daily report, termasuk penanganan gangguan massal (gamas).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Pendidikan minimal SMK dari jurusan terkait.
- Pengalaman dalam Customer Handling atau posisi Helpdesk/Support.
- Menguasai sistem monitoring jaringan (PRTG, WUG, CACTI, RMM, dll).
- Memahami dasar troubleshooting jaringan dan penggunaan Trouble Ticketing System (NPR).
- Komunikatif, detail, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dalam tekanan.
