The Opportunity
We are seeking a Purchasing Assistant Manager to support and strengthen our purchasing operations. In this role, you will assist in executing purchasing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that all purchasing activities run efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies.
You will work closely with the Purchasing Manager and cross-functional teams to support operational goals, improve supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Support and coordinate daily purchasing activities, including planning, sourcing, negotiation, and order processing.
- Assist in implementing purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor purchasing budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain and develop good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement support.
- Supervise and support the purchasing team in daily operations and performance.
- Prepare reports, data analysis, and insights for management review.
- Ensure documentation and records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

Kualifikasi Minimum
What We’re Looking For
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in a structured organization.
Expertise:
- Solid understanding of purchasing processes, vendor management, and basic contract handling.
- Good negotiation skills and cost control awareness.
- Familiar with purchasing systems and data analysis tools.
Soft Skills:
- Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving ability.
