What You'll Do

Writing & Content Creation

• Design, publish, and maintain game articles, walkthroughs, player instructions, troubleshooting guides, and other editorial content for internal and external use
• Update existing articles and documentation as games receive patches, updates, and platform changes
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and editorial standard across every piece of content
• Work in constant communication with in-house content, design, and engineering teams; conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy

Social Media Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute a data-driven social strategy across X/Twitter, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Adapt and publish written content into platform-native formats (text, image, video, gameplay clips)
• Run a content calendar aligned with game launches, updates, seasonal events, and patch notes
• Set growth and engagement KPIs, track them daily/weekly, and report actionable insights to the marketing team
• Audit performance and the competitive landscape to surface gaps, opportunities, and trends

Community & Engagement

• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a voice that gets gaming culture
• Build relationships with creators, influencers, and fan communities to expand organic reach
• Spark conversations and community-building initiatives that drive participation
• Collaboration
• Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with company goals and launches
• Contribute to creative brainstorms with the broader SNS team
• Perform such other functions as may be assigned from time to time

Must-haves

• An authentic passion for video games and gaming culture
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in English — clear technical writing and punchy copywriting that resonates with gamers
• Experience in a writing, content, or social media role, with a portfolio demonstrating both written work and growth/engagement campaigns
• Strong working knowledge of social platform algorithms and best practices
• Solid grasp of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Comfortable with social media management and analytics tools

Nice-to-have

• Video editing and graphic design experience
• Track record of working independently across multiple projects on tight timelines
• Analytical mindset — can turn metrics into clear recommendations
• Familiarity with Steam, Epic, console ecosystems, Reddit, and Discord
