✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Financial Reporting & Closing: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Financial Control & Governance: Establish and maintain strong internal controls, ensuring integrity and reliability of financial data.
• Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables to ensure optimal liquidity and financial health.
• Tax & Compliance Oversight: Oversee tax planning, reporting, and compliance, ensuring alignment with local regulations and minimizing risk.
• General Ledger & Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy of financial records, supervise reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Management Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present financial reports, analysis, and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning and performance tracking.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team, driving performance and capability building.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve systems, and enhance reporting accuracy.
• Audit & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth audit and reporting processes.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Support strategic initiatives including expansion, licensing, and financial structuring.
