This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant to the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of the Gentem Group. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing personal and administrative support to executives, managing communication, maintaining diaries, and demonstrating strong clerical skills on a daily basis. This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring adaptability, proactivity, and a high level of professionalism to support the demands of executive leadership.

- Keep the Chief Executive Officer's schedule running like clockwork, from meeting coordination to travel arrangements.
- Ensure important decisions and action items don't fall through the cracks.
- Handle sensitive correspondence and prepare materials that reflect our professional standards.
- Coordinate logistics including transportation and daily operations.
- Manage expense tracking, reimbursements, and administrative processes.
