As a Creative Designer Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping our visual identity, crafting impactful content, and bringing fresh creativity to every campaign.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-brand deliverables for both print and digital.
  • Create engaging graphics for marketing, ads, and social media.
  • Maintain consistency in design elements across all company materials.
  • Ensure high-quality and timely completion of design projects.
  • Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, etc.
  • Create audio-visual content, including motion and video.
  • Serve as a photographer and videographer for events.
  • Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Deliver high-impact visual designs that strengthen brand identity and engagement.
  • Support marketing campaigns with creative, on-brand visual assets.
  • Enhance content quality and storytelling through strong design execution.
  • Maintain consistency and design excellence across all platforms and materials.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to enhance brand presence and improve the audience experience.

Kualifikasi Minimum

GILL delivers premium, efficacious learning outcomes through exclusive partnerships with world-leading content providers and is heavily technology-enabled under separately branded businesses - Wall Street English, Genstarkids, and INDIES (Independent International Education Solutions). GILL Group was established with the acquisition of the Wall Street English Indonesia business in 2016 and now has over 5,000 active members learning online and in-center across its 11 locations. Genstarkids was launched in October 2025 with the first studio in Bintaro and the second in Cikarang. INDIES was soft-launched in June 2024.
