What You'll Be Doing
Get Things Done: Drive recruitment timelines with discipline and urgency to consistently meet manpower targets.
End-to-End Hiring: Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top candidates.
Strategic Sourcing: Identify the most effective channels and build strong pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
Candidate Evaluation: Assess not just skills but also cultural fit and long-term potential to reduce mis-hires.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
