What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen our brand and support business growth.
- Plan and lead marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Understand customer needs, market trends, and competitors to create relevant and effective campaigns.
- Ensure our brand message and visual identity remain consistent across all customer touchpoints.
- Work closely with teams across the company to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Manage agencies, KOLs, media partners, and other external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing projects.
- Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve future initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop the brand marketing team to achieve ambitious goals.
Kualifikasi Minimum

- Experience leading brand marketing or marketing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and the Indonesian market.
- Ability to connect marketing activities with business results.

GILL Group was established with the acquisition of the Wall Street English Indonesia business in 2016 and now has over 5,000 active members learning online and in-center across its 11 locations. Genstarkids was launched in October 2025 with the first studio in Bintaro and the second in Cikarang. INDIES was soft-launched in June 2024.
