Account Payable Specialist  

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reconcile ERP financial data with vendor invoices and payment records, and investigate any discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable administration, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and document filing.
• Verify and process vendor invoices according to company policies and approval procedures.
• Communicate with vendors and business partners regarding payment status, billing issues, and invoice inquiries.
• Work closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth accounts payable processes.
• Monitor payment schedules and ensure vendors and service providers are paid on time.
• Keep up to date with relevant banking, tax, and payment regulations related to accounts payable activities.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring accurate and timely payments while supporting smooth financial operations across the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong accuracy when handling invoices, payments, and financial records.
• Proficient in office software, especially Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Well-organized and able to maintain accurate documentation while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with different teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with vendor management, invoice verification, payment processing, tax documentation, or bank settlement processes is a plus.
