What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and Organize the Online Sales Team: Guide and manage the team to consistently exceed sales targets while optimizing resources.
• Develop Skills and Capabilities: Coach and mentor team members, creating personalized development plans to boost performance.
• Analyze Sales Performance Metrics: Monitor and assess sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
