- Present insights clearly and confidently during meetings, helping teams make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain accurate dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.
- Collect, clean, analyze, and validate data using Google Sheets and other reporting tools.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes using SQL, Python, or scripting to improve team efficiency.
- Identify trends, investigate business problems, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other departments to understand business needs.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality, and workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Eager to learn, develop new skills, and is willing to put in extra effort when priorities or deadlines require it.
- Able to communicate data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable collaborating with different teams and building positive working relationships.
- Confident speaking up in meetings by asking thoughtful questions, sharing ideas, and providing recommendations.
- Proactive, resourceful, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
- Takes ownership of work, performs well under pressure, and is willing to go the extra mile to meet important deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Sheets. Experience with SQL and Python is a strong advantage.

GILL delivers premium, efficacious learning outcomes through exclusive partnerships with world-leading content providers and is heavily technology-enabled under separately branded businesses - Wall Street English, Genstarkids, and INDIES (Independent International Education Solutions).
GILL Group was established with the acquisition of the Wall Street English Indonesia business in 2016 and now has over 5,000 active members learning online and in-center across its 11 locations. Genstarkids was launched in October 2025 with the first studio in Bintaro and the second in Cikarang. INDIES was soft-launched in June 2024.
