- Membuat konsep, storyboard, dan script untuk video pembelajaran.
- Melakukan shooting video kegiatan training, workshop, seminar, atau event internal perusahaan.
- Mengambil foto dokumentasi untuk kebutuhan L&D dan internal branding.
- Mengedit video pelatihan, tutorial, atau dokumentasi agar lebih interaktif dan menarik.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim L&D dalam memahami kebutuhan materi pelatihan.
- Mendukung instruktur/trainer untuk mengemas materi ke dalam bentuk video atau multimedia.
- Menyediakan saran kreatif untuk meningkatkan efektivitas konten pembelajaran digital.
- Mengunggah video ke platform internal (LMS, intranet, atau kanal perusahaan).
- Menjaga kerahasiaan konten pelatihan internal.
- Menghandle event internal, baik online maupun offline
Kualifikasi Minimum
-
Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Multimedia, Broadcasting, atau sejenisnya.

Memiliki pengalaman videografi, editing, fotografi dan design.

Menguasai software editing & design (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, atau sejenisnya).

Kreatif, detail-oriented, dan mampu bekerja dalam deadline.

Pengalaman dalam membuat konten edukasi/e-learning lebih diutamakan.
