Finance Head  

1. Financial Planning & Strategy

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.

Prepare annual budgets and forecasts; monitor performance against budgets. Advise executive management on financial planning, risk management, and investment opportunities.

2. Accounting & Reporting

Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with applicable standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.). Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.

3. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal financial and tax regulations. Coordinate external audits and ensure timely filing of tax returns.

Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risk.

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Monitor and manage the organization’s cash flow and liquidity. Oversee banking relationships and optimize the use of funds.

5. Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team. Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

6. Systems & Processes

Oversee financial systems and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and control. Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.

• Graduate in Finance Related Course
• 3 years as Finance Head or 5 years as Asst. Finance/Acctg Head with treasury background
• Cash management skills, FS reporting experience, & Audit/Tax experience
