- Review and verify invoices and check requests.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Prepare and perform check runs.
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Maintain vendor files and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare accruals and adjusting journal entries as necessary.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Generate and review accounts payable reports.
- Provide analysis on accounts payable data to identify trends or issues.
- Assist with financial reporting and audits as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accounts payable processes.
- Assist with system implementations and upgrades related to accounts payable.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role.
- In-depth knowledge in accounts payable processes and systems.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
