- Generate leads through various advertisement channels, networking events, and broker relationships.
- Respond to client inquiries and manage potential leasing opportunities.
- Conduct presentations, negotiate lease terms, and prepare proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address lessee concerns and operational issues.
- Oversee client management, ensuring smooth relations with existing accounts.
- Support financial projections, marketing strategies, and product development.
- Perform market research, monitor industry trends, and contribute to business planning.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Must be a graduate of any business-related course or similar studies.

At least 5 years of working experience in leasing, selling, and customer service, preferably from a commercial leasing management company.

Candidate must have good written and oral communication skills.
