Web Designer Developer  

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Designer/Developer based in the Philippines to join our remote team. You will be responsible for designing and building responsive websites that reflect our clients' brands and business goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning creative ideas into intuitive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop websites using WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify
• Build responsive layouts based on provided design mockups and brand guidelines
• Implement custom styling, interactions, and animations where needed
• Handle website edits, updates, and ongoing maintenance
• Collaborate with our SEO specialist to ensure technical best practices
• Integrate third-party tools such as CRMs, forms, calendars, and booking systems
• Prepare basic documentation or handover guides for clients post-launch

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in web design and front-end development
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
• Skilled in WordPress (especially Elementor or WPBakery), Webflow, and Shopify
• Ability to interpret Figma or Adobe XD files and translate them into functional websites
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your own workflow and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely and collaboratively across teams
• Familiar with using platforms like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Zoom

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Australian clients or in a marketing agency
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Experience with tools like Zapier, MailerLite, Google Analytics, and Meta tracking
