Recruitment Support:
- Organize and schedule interviews for the Management Trainee program and other recruitment needs.
- Coordinate schedule arrangements with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate follow-ups.
Employer Branding Support
- Create and manage social media content for employer branding.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure brand consistency in recruitment materials.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Pursuing or recently graduated in Psychology, HR Management, Communications, Marketing or related fields.
- Have interest in Social Media, Recruitment, and Employer Branding
- Proficient in MS Office and design tools (Canva or Photoshop)
- Strong organizational skills & a team player.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
- Available to do full-time intern for 1 year (January - December 2026)
- Able to work with a Work From Office (WFO) arrangement
