Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Support the design and execution of culture activation campaigns
  • Assist in organizing and supporting culture activation activities
  • Prepare basic design and communication materials for HR initiatives
  • Support daily administrative tasks under HR Talent Management & Organizational Development (OD)

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Fresh graduate or Final-year university student
  • Strong interest in HR, company culture, and employee engagement
  • Able to use basic design tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint)
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Available to work full-time, WFO, and based in the SCBD area
  • Available for a 9-month internship period
