- Performs administrative tasks by creating procedures and maintaining monthly reports on project progress and results.
- Coordinates and implements activities, projects, and programs within the organization.
- Creates and monitors schedules for activities and meetings to ensure timely and accurate implementation, with agendas being followed accordingly.
- Assists in the implementation of programs aligned with the organization’s projects.
- Coordinates with the creative team to post activities on various social media platforms.
- Monitors engagement by reviewing feedback, comments, and reviews on social media platforms, identifying areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in NGOs, social work, public relations, or event coordination is an advantage
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- People-oriented with good time management skills
- Open to fresh graduates
