About the role
We are a multinational financing company that currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Pos Head to join our team. As the Pos Head, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of our branch located in Jambi. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and direct all day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers/dealers
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales target, profit ratio/interest rate target, financing quality (with minimum non-performing financing)
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiency
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric work environment within the branch
- Collaborate with other business units to support the overall objectives of the organization
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedure

Kualifikasi Minimum
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience as branch management in financing company / SME banking
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and a track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Solid understanding of financing operations, products, and services
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Can communicate using English both verbally and in writing/reporting
