- Collaborate with cross-functional department to design, refine, and launch financing products and digital features
- Coordinate with external stakeholders for co-creation, collaboration, and execution
- Ensure all administrative and regulatory documentation is completed accurately for product approval and implementation
- Identify potential risk and work with related team to develop appropriate mitigation plans
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media content planning, website updates, online campaign, and article management
- Monitor product performance and customer insight to recommend enhancement
- Conduct customer, dealer, or related parties survey or feedback to support continuous product and digital innovation
- Perform data analyst, create report, and monitor closely product performance metrics to generate insight and improvement recommendation
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a financing company
- Strong knowledge of financing products
- Creative and able to develop effective marketing ideas
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience in social media management

HFI is a captive financing company for commercial trucks, especially for the Hino brand, which is here to support the sales of Hino products in Indonesia through financing solutions such as, finance leases, sale and leaseback, and other products according to the company's articles of association, which are tailored to customer needs.
