Recovery Co-worker (Bandung)  

YOUR ASSIGNMENTS:

1. Proactive co-operation and contribution with colleagues inside and outside the department with the aim to minimize all internal damages or other costs related to IKEA products.
2. Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, such as repackaging and assembly.
3. Present IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the store.
4. Support the quality work in the store in order to constantly improve customers' quality perception of IKEA products.
5. Always consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products.

YOUR PROFILES:

1. Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Interest in people’s everyday life at home and in home furnishing.
3. Good knowledge of the IKEA product range.
4. Extensive knowledge of the store's recovery process.
5. Ability to work well both in a team and individually.
6. Ability to prioritize daily tasks based on need and volume and work under pressure.
7. Operational understanding and logical thinking.
8. Flexible with a readiness to change.
9. Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
10. Ability to operate basic level computer.
11. Having good basic mathematics skills.
12. Willing to work at Kota Baru Parahyangan, Bandung Barat.
13. Willing to work on shifting schedule, including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
