Regional Head IDX Representative Office of Aceh  

We are looking for an experienced and visionary professional to lead our IDX Representative Office of Aceh. As the Regional Head IDX Representative Office of Aceh, you will be responsible for overseeing the office's operations, driving capital market development initiatives, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the effective execution of IDX's strategic objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and ensure the effective management of the IDX Representative Office in accordance with company policies and operational guidelines.
2. Drive capital market development initiatives by increasing market transactions, investor participation, and listed company engagement within the region.
3. Ensure the successful implementation of capital market education, outreach, and public awareness programs.
4. Develop and manage the Representative Office to operate effectively and efficiently in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. Develop annual work plans and budgets while ensuring the achievement of business objectives and performance targets.
6. Build and maintain a competent team by fostering a strong organizational culture and encouraging innovation.
7. Ensure the Representative Office operates in compliance with corporate governance, risk management, internal control, and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What You’ll Deliver:
Education
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in capital market operations or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the capital market industry or related sectors.

Technical Skills:

• Good understanding of Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of Stock Exchange Business Operations.
• Understanding of GCG Principles and Management.
• Knowledge of Budgeting, Performance Management, and Internal Control & Compliance.
• Familiarity with Strategic Marketing, Marketing Communication, Business Development, Capital Market Instruments, Stock Exchange Regulations, Event Management, Office Management, Corporate Communication & Public Relations, and Project Management.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong business development and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strategic thinking with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Able to lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

General Requirements:

• Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
