Creative Strategist or Graphic Designer | Work From Home  

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist (Graphic Designer) who can be a true right hand in bringing ideas to life. This role goes beyond making things look good—it’s about translating business needs, brand strategy, and raw ideas into sharp, compelling visuals and messaging.

You’ll transform decks, mockups, and marketing assets into polished, presentation-ready work. At times you’ll be designing, at times you’ll be writing—but always with the goal of making complex ideas clear, engaging, and effective. If you can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you’ll be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate brand and business objectives into clear, impactful visual and written assets
• Update, refine, and build presentation decks with sharp design and messaging
• Create mockups and marketing materials (digital + print) that bring ideas to life
• Collaborate directly with founder/leadership to shape campaign direction and execution
• Write and design content that balances storytelling with strategy
• Maintain a library of visuals, graphics, and templates for quick-turn needs

• Strong design skills with a portfolio spanning decks, mockups, and marketing materials
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Notion
• Excellent writing and communication skills; able to craft clear, on-brand copy
• Strategic mindset with an understanding of how visuals and messaging drive business goals
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects independently
• Comfortable working quickly, iterating often, and responding directly to feedback
• Availability during US business hours (Pacific Time), with flexibility as needed
• Part-time role with potential to transition to full-time
