We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, payables, receivables, and month-end close. The role will also support financial reporting and cash flow analysis while ensuring compliance with GAAP. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred), and the ability to work night shift hours to support US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage payment runs for approved invoices and maintain complete, organized documentation.
- Oversee employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions, verifying compliance with company guidelines.
- Accurately record all financial transactions in the accounting system with strong attention to detail.
- Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, proactively communicating with customers to ensure timely collections.
- Conduct and review balance sheet reconciliations, including prepaids, accruals, and other key accounts.
- Prepare monthly cash flow analysis and ad hoc financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Support and oversee the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met and financial reporting is accurate.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Willingness to work the night shift (Philippine time) to support US-based clients.
