Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Manage business and IT stakeholders effectively.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and deliverables.
• Provide regular project status updates to management.
• Ensure project outcomes align with business objectives and expectations.
• Apply best practices in Project Management, Agile methodologies, and SDLC processes.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience for the PMO Lead / Coordinator role.
• Minimum 7 years of experience for all Project Manager and Scrum Master positions.

Industry Background

• Proven experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Exposure to Digital Banking, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Wholesale Banking, or Data initiatives is highly preferred.
