IT Procurement Professionals  

About the Role

We are looking for IT Procurement professionals across multiple capability levels, from Junior/Associate to Expert/Advisor, to support end-to-end procurement activities for IT and technology projects.

The role covers the full procurement lifecycle, including RFQ/RFP preparation, vendor sourcing, vendor comparison and evaluation, technical and commercial evaluation, TCO analysis, negotiation, contracting support, PO/procurement tracking, vendor management, reporting, strategic sourcing, category strategy, and procurement advisory.

Candidates may contribute at different levels, from hands-on procurement administration and operational support to strategic sourcing, negotiation, procurement governance, category strategy, and strategic procurement advisory. The position and level (L1–L5) will be determined based on the candidate's experience, capability, depth of IT/Technology Procurement expertise, and scope of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Depending on the assigned level, responsibilities may include:
• Prepare and administer RFQ/RFP processes for IT and technology requirements.
• Identify, source, and manage potential vendors.
• Collect and maintain vendor data, documentation, quotations, and procurement records.
• Conduct vendor comparison and evaluation, including technical and commercial aspects.
• Perform commercial evaluation and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
• Develop sourcing strategies and procurement approaches for IT projects.
• Conduct vendor assessment and due diligence.
• Lead or support commercial negotiations with vendors.
• Support contract preparation, review, and negotiation processes.
• Monitor and track Purchase Orders (PO), procurement status, and delivery milestones.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Prepare procurement reports, analysis, and management updates.
• Manage procurement-related stakeholder communication and escalation.
• Provide strategic procurement insights, benchmarking, and category strategy where applicable.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience in IT Procurement / Technology Procurement is required.
• Experience managing procurement for one or more of the following is highly relevant:
  • Software / Application
  • IT Infrastructure
  • Hardware
  • Cloud Services
  • Software Licensing
  • System Implementation
  • Managed Services
  • Data Center
  • Network / Connectivity
  • Other IT and technology-related products or services
• Strong understanding of vendor sourcing, evaluation, commercial analysis, and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with procurement documentation, commercial evaluation, and contract/PO processes.
• For senior levels, experience in strategic sourcing, procurement governance, negotiation, and complex IT projects is expected.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling procurement for large-scale IT projects or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with IT commercial models, licensing, cloud pricing, managed services, or technology outsourcing.
• Experience in TCO analysis, benchmarking, and cost optimization.
• Experience working with multiple vendors and managing competitive bidding processes.
• Relevant procurement, IT, or commercial certifications are a plus.
