Fluent speaking and writing in English
At least possess associate degree (all majors)
Have 1 year of customer service experience, and have received service soft skills training
Typing speed 50 words/min
Good communication and listening skill
Have the ability of computer operating properly
Familiar in e-commerce customer behaviour and business, at least have experience using e-commerce platform as buyer and seller once
Willing to work with shifting in Yogyakarta
